Wisdom Tooth Removal at Tureberg Tandvård & Medicine Center

Our highly experienced and respected clinicians can quickly identify the need for a wisdom tooth removal. After a clinical and radiographical examination, using onsite Orthopantomogram or if needed a sectional 3D scan of the region, an appropriate treatment plan can be established.

We carry out wisdom tooth removal under local anaesthetic, and explain the full process to you before any treatment takes place, and how long treatment is expected to take. The extraction is performed by luxating and gently widening the tooth socket, and gradually elevating the tooth, in order to remove it.

Our experienced clinicians have performed this routine procedure hundreds of times and using contemporary comfortable extraction techniques to ensure you’re completely comfortable.

Impacted or angulated wisdom teeth need a minor surgical procedure in order to remove the teeth in a safe and less traumatic manner. The procedure will be painless, with only the sensation of pressure being perceived.

Full aftercare advice will be provided, and our dental team is on hand to support you following your treatment.
